Had the pleasure to attend Eduardo Lan's day 2 talk, "The Practical Application of HOP" while at the NS Health and Safety Conference last week. Just wanted to thank Eduardo for his time, it was my favourite presentation during the conference and I look forward to the opportunity to learn from him again. I think workplace health and safety has forgotten, at times, that without fully automated machinery there will be incidents and process failure, there will be mistakes, we are human and act as such. I love that recognizing that concept, not to place blame but to promote LFE is finally being pushed as a reality in the safety realms. Thank you Eduardo.
