Hi All, I am working through the E-Colors course, excellent material. I did have a couple questions though for clarification:
1) In the module for E-Color ethics, it mentioned a downloadable pdf document that can be used for reference. I searched for this in this platform and the Equilibria website but unable to locate. Help finding or posting the pdf would be appreciated.
2) In the Front Matter for the course, it mentions the Bonus below for subscribing. Is there a separate portal for asking questions directly to Equilibria specialists or is it through intended to be through this platform?
Thanks,
Elliot

Elliot,
Thank you for this I have reached out to David Senior at Equilibria to provide the information you have requested, and he can help us formulate a plan to provide that going forward. He has your email and he may reach out to you directly or he may respond via these discussion boards. Most of the E-Colors ethics align with those found in your AERO Pocket Guide on page 45. We will also make sure there is a downloadable file as the course states.

Hi Elliott, email heading your way. For anybody reading this, we will update the Ethics lecture to include the missing resource and for any questions regarding E-Colors content, you are welcome to use this thread or email info@equilibria.com. Thanks and Regards!

All,
I highly recommend this course! Going in, I had a basic understanding of E-Colors but each module either reinforced prior understanding or gave me additional areas to explore and work on. Like with anything new, it takes time to practice and build the habit (Personal Intervention) but the more I reflect on situations where it could be useful, the more inclined I am to use it in the future…now it's becoming front of mind with my interactions at home and work. From a professional perspective, I thought the considerations for Recognition and Feedback tailored to individual E-Colors was especially useful.
Thanks for making this course available and providing additional information.
Elliot
